Steps I took that resulted in the problem:

release_fritzing.bat 0.9 64 2019 when using this command, run to echo run fritzing to create parts.db.
% DESTDIR%\ deploy\ Fritzing.exe-pp% DESTDIR%\ deploy\ fritzing-parts-db% DESTDIR%\ deploy\ fritzing-parts\ parts.db | | exit / b 4 will report an error and quit execution. Is there a solution? thank you.
